Philippine Immigration departure requirements

by Zarlaeia Villanueva
(Dubai UAE)

Is it really true that a person who is holding a visit visa departing from philippines requires to get an affidavit of support from sponsor and notarized with red ribbon???

My mother is going to Dubai with me (the sponsor) and my daughter on visit visa this coming October.

Since she is travelling with me, do I still need to get that affidavit or she'll be exempted??

Where can we find the official instruction from Phil. Immigration regarding this?

show money in the immigration
by: Anonymous

Me and my daughter are going to have a tour in Thailand. what i am worrying now is about they called "show money" in the immigration. Since i have all my papers with me. with complete documents that comes from the DSWD. I am nervous and afraid that they might reject and offload me and my daughter. Since i have my credit card too. I am a government employee and i have business too. But the thing is i dont have a bank account for my daughter. is it required that my daughter have a bank account too, to show in immigration

Offload even for one day tourist in BKK
by: Anonymous

Just want to inform the highest concern government sector for this OFFLOADING issue at Terminal 2 Airport At NAIA.
Seems like so very unfair that even you showed them all your debit cards and money in your bank account, Debit Cards Overseas and your return ticket, for one day to tour and see your loved one still bears that they have the right to offload you.
The girl officer asked for the picture together with you and when you showed to her, she even browse all the messages in your mobile phone. What is this?? Too brutal to interrogate and even judge you that you will jump to another country?even you showed your ticket on way back home costing $400 USD back and forth for one day tour in BKK. This is so unfair that as a Philippine resident you also have a right to tour and enjoy the money you earned from working overseas.
I hope President Déterte see a flow for this misconduct of interrogation of the Immigration officers including the manner of reading the messages of your mobile phone. Instead if they want to avoid human trafficking, at POEA side should start first, the system of how they control other countries to enter and do business at our Philippine Embassy. Other countries are helping Philippines to provide job for the nation but the system sucks that they have too many requirements to accomplish by the foreign employers in which this is the effect. A lot of filipinos try to escape from paying large amount of local agency fees and with a lot of documents needed just to have a job. And take note, officers should not judge by like this, they should consider what is the main problem at the other government sector not the citizen who wants to chill and relax to another country for holiday.

Tourist from PH to Vietnam
by: Anonymous

Hi my name is Russel,
I just want to know what are the requirements for me to be able to go back to Vietnam as a tourist. 2 years ago, my Dad sponsored me and my Son to travel there. I have a job (Intake Specialist) but my basic pay is only 15,500. We have a family friend who invited me to visit there for a few days only (4 days) since I have to go back to work. I already have the money to book a ticket but I'm not sure if the immigration would offload me or not. I'm afraid this is just a waste. I went to Vietnam last April 2015-Agust 2015. May 10-11 2015 I went to Vietnam since I went there to exit and extended my visa since we decided to stay for a few more months. pls help me out. Thanks

Philippine Gov Cost My Employee Her Job
by: Anonymous

Here's a sad sad story. I was paying my executive assistant 1000 PHP per hour, but I needed her to work directly with me in India from now on. I obtained a suitable Indian work visa for her, everything I've needed to get workers from around the world here (Colombia, Costa Rica, United States (me)).

Only in the Philippines is she stopped at the boarding gate and told that she must obtain a certified affidavit from the Philippine Embassy in India, some 1,500 km away from me, before she can enter the country!! What can I do? The airplane company voided the plane tickets and refuses to give me a refund, because "it wasn't their fault."

Now I am literally forced to hire a local Indian, which absolutely sucks. For everyone. Especially her!

The Philippines is the ONLY country without divorce and the ONLY country that prohibts its people from leaving with PERFECTLY VALID visas.

YOU ARE ALL SLAVES! What are you going to do about it?!

Expiring passport

Good day!
I am an OFW here in Al Ain,UAE. I would like to address my concern regarding the travel documents of my husband who will be coming here, his passport will be expired 7 months from now and i'd overseen this while i am processing his papers. He already had a 90days tourist Visa and ticket was booked. He is planning to renew his passport before going here. Is it possible for him to travel without any hassle given that his documents such as Visa and ticket are linked to his old passport and is now having a renewed one?

Hoping to hear from you regarding this matter.

Thank you and more power!

just today i've been offloaded by this immigration officer. all may documents are legal. i apply my visa directly at dubai travel agency. i applied there because it's direct and it wont take too much compare here. i went to the airport early. and surprising this officer is for affidavit and invitation. the fact that i show her all my documents, are we filipinos are not entitled to tour? after complying for the necessary documents they will decide to offload us. immigration here very unfair. but foreigners can easily come here in our country not knowing they are illegals.

Wrong officer
by: The one who got unlucky

Hi everyone I was offloaded yesterday by this heartless officer(So emotional that I wasnt able to get her name)
I planned to go to jeju island to enjoy a week vacation there alone. I brought my company ID, my COE, my leave letter, I have 20,000 thousand pesos in my pocket, return tickets and booked hotel( Mind you that the 7days stay at the hotel was already paid and I have the receipt with me) the only thing that I dont have is a credit card so I used my friends credit card to buy me the tickets and hotel reservations , THAT TRIGGERED THE FIRST OFFICER AND GRAB A PIECE OF PAPER. I already know that he'll gonna pass me to a second interrogator which only happen if they think you belong to the offload list(Great! I belong to those who are suspected victim of human trafficking just because I'm a 19 year-old-girl)
I am confident that I will get through and just thought that they brought me to the office because it is my first time to go out the country.
I have a photo copy of my friends credit card and a certification that he let me use his card(I am that aware that they will ask for these documents) but what shocked me is she didnt even asked for it and questioned my relationship with my friend(wtf) she asked for his name, job and nationality so I told her. She asked for a receipt that shows I transferred money to his credit card account(WTF HE IS MY FRIEND OFCOURSE I WILL JUST HAND HIM THE MONEY ARE YOU FOR REAL) I failed to give her that so she get through my passport and seems that she is checking if its fake or what. I was so pissed when she decided to offload me just because I have incomplete requirements. I started to cry begging if I can do anything about it and told her how much money I invested in this trip how much savings will go to waste but she just continue to do her thing and she cant look me in the eyes.
She then gave me other options so I can go through next time around, well tell you what, she said my company id is fake and if I want to go I'll just apply for working visa WTFFFF IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE I cant stop crying until now 😞😞😞😞

Conspiracy/Corruption for both Immigration Officer Cebu Mactan and Cebu Pacific Airlines due to so called (OFFLOAD)
by: Pilipino Singaporean

You know Why? 1.I check-in 2hrs b4 my flight frm Mactan Airport, what surprise me is the queue at immigration was verrry...long and it takes 30min+ to reach the immigration officer, after he check my passport I worried coz the immigration officer ask me to go inside the office for interview, and I check the time of my flight I still have 1hr&25min left departure time, mind that I have enough time till my flight but what I worried most is like the interviewer namely Lapas if Im not wrong, Description: dark, tall 5'8"-5'10, age around 50+ he pur-posely repeat those nonsense questions like where is your birth certificate, how old your mother, etc...until it takes 35-40min interview for each passenger, as I remember that time total 6 person inside office and sometimes I notice that Mr. Lapas has winkle or signal the other person who hold the radio, Im really doubtful the actions of those so called NBI/Immigration officer in Cebu as I observe until that time the person who's holding the radio declared that all of us inside the room was OFFLOAD already. Then I ask what is OFFLOAD? the officer simply say the plain won't allow you anymore to board due the 45min boarding time. I ask the officer this is not our fault as passenger it your systems have big problem then what we are going to do about this that our plane already depart? again Mr. Lapas simply said no need to worry after you clear your name from our side you can fly anytime you just re-book your air ticket but when I ask him is this fully refundable? He said you need to talk the Cebu Pacific staff then I run to the office of Cebu Pacific for re-booking of my ticket ASAP so that I can attend of my sisters wedding but the staff told me "sorry sir the re-booking of your ticket there is a charged of 5k+ all together with the travel tax, I really SHOUT! "What the F" with this country...what kind of system we had??? I don't have any nuisance record to our country and why they treat me like that??? But don't worry Cebu Mactan NBI/Immigration officer I believe the new government of our new President Mr. Rodrigo Duterte will never sleep to investigate the corruption you did and I believe that you earn thousands of money in every flight or I mean in every hour of Cebu Pacific flight...I just hope that you stop this evil business before the new government will caught on the act!!!

MY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH THE IMMIGRATION ON JUNE 9, 2015
by: Anonymous

An immigration officer in Cebu who acted like an NBI officer offloaded me to travel to Kuala Lumpur along with my two church mates. Her suspicion started when my church mate’s name name popped out of their record, showing that she was offloaded to fly to Lebanon in 2013 due to illegal recruitment. My church mate once mentioned about this but I was not aware that she did not clear up her name with the immigration. I just learned it yesterday. This gave the immigration officer a red flag about our trip to Malaysia, suspecting that I am taking the ladies to work illegally in Malaysia.

Since our trip is sponsored by a brother in-Christ named PANNIR SANTIAGO, THE IN-CHARGE IMMIGRATION OFFICER OF THE DAY DURING OUR INTERROGATION suspected him as a Muslim human trafficker, and I was his agent for his illegal activities. Mr. Pannir Santiago is not a Muslim. He was an Indian by blood, a Malaysian by citizenship BUT HE IS NOT A MUSLIM and NEVER BEEN A MUSLIM. He is a Christian and he has been serving the Lord for decades already. He is a registered FAMILY THERAPIST. He graduated in INDIANA, USA. They have not involved themselves into illegal recruiting and will never be. As a family therapist and brother in-Christ, he was reaching out the ladies because of their unfortunate events in their past. He learned about their unfortunate past when he visited our church.

From there, he wants to extend his help to the ladies by giving them counseling. And he believes that inviting them to Malaysia and see beautiful places will help them spiritually rejuvenated. PANNIR SANTIAGO also owns a government registered homecare in Malaysia and he sponsored our trip to Malaysia for various reasons such as— to give us a tour to wonderful places in Malaysia; to visit his homecare in Klang; to visit the church of Christ in Klang and to visit some Filipino friends who are members of the church of Christ.

The two ladies desire to work as caregivers IN THE FUTURE and they want to see the homecare of PANNIR first and observe the environment and the people around which would serve as basis of their decision in the future. The plan is not to work immediately there and become illegal workers. If they like the place and environment, then they will make sure to have it legalized first in the Philippines before they start working. My question is, is our government prohibits us to visit a homecare in Malaysia?

We have round trip tickets but THE IN-CHARGE IMMIGRATION OFFICER OF THE DAY DURING OUR INTERROGATION still suspected that the ladies would no longer come back and will work in Malaysia illegally. Shame on her! It was never our plan, and I was confident when an immigration officer asked me to sign an affidavit of undertaking or a sworn statement that the ladies would come back on their scheduled return flight to the Philippines. I did not hesitate to fill up the form and affix my signature because the plan is for all of us to return together. My name will also be at stake if I fill up the form with the knowledge that my companions would no longer come back.

But still THE IN-CHARGE IMMIGRATION OFFICER OF THE DAY DURING OUR INTERROGATION suspected that we are into illegal employment activity. We were turned over to IACAT for further investigation. We were interviewed by an NBI officer. He was relaxed and very professional. It didn’t take long for him to figure out that WE WERE NOT into human trafficking activities. THE IN-CHARGE IMMIGRATION OFFICER OF THE DAY DURING OUR INTERROGATION doesn’t have any idea about all these things; therefore, she see it as a scam and a potential human trafficking activity. The failed trip didn’t just waste our sponsor’s money but it also gives us a traumatic experience. WE WERE SERIOUSLY ABUSED. I hope our government will do something about this. Immigration officers who are abusive and "Power tripping" should be sanctioned.

Must read to avoid OFFLOAD
by: The Lucky One

Many if us would like to travel because we would like to wonder or to seek for greener pasteur (honestly) than to stick with this sinking ship... I pity those who are being off-loaded because they spend and wasted money just for nothing...

Honestly if you don't have a job but you can afford to go abroad, YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO TRAVEL...

Here is some point of view and guide to avoid off loading...

In deciding whether to allow individuals to leave the country, immigration officials refer to the "Guidelines on Departure Formalities for International Bound Passengers," which took effect January 2012.

The guidelines, which were approved by the Department of Justice, was formulated by a technical working group in accordance with Republic Act 9208 or the Anti Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003.

Mison said the implementation of the guidelines contributed to a decline in the incidents of human trafficking and illegal recruitment.

Under the guidelines, the bureau will automatically subject the following to secondary inspection:

Travelers without financial capacity to travel escorted/accompanied by a foreigner who is not related to them
Minor traveling alone or unaccompanied by either parent or legal guardian without the required travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
Previously repatriated irregular workers, in which case, travel may not be allowed without the clearance from the IACAT
Partners and spouses of foreign nationals intending to depart to meet and/or marry his/her fiancé without the CFO Guidance and Counseling Certificate
Passengers traveling to countries with existing deployment bans, alert levels, and travel advisories and those in possession of a visa to the said countries
Passengers who stayed abroad for more than one year during a previous departure from the country as a tourist/temporary visitor, intending to depart for the second and/or subsequent time
Based on the guidelines, travelers are categorized according to purpose, whether as tourists, OFWs, or immigrants. They will be required to present documents depending on their travel purposes to prevent being offloaded.

The BI said offloading, or barring passengers from leaving the country, is not an official government policy but a consequence of the implementation of the guidelines.

Mison added: "We don’t offload people just because we want to. It’s a bitter pill that we have to swallow because we want to protect our fellow Filipinos."

Section 6, Article III, of the 1987 Constitution guarantees Filipinos' right to travel, but it is not absolute. The Constitution states this right may be curtailed for the interest of national security, public safety, or public health. – Rappler.com

Offloading for them is like swallowing a bitter pill? I think not.. It is like swallowing a gold stored in their stomach...

Immigrations are very suspicious on those citizens who doesn't have a job because they might find a work in other country...(which is i did and now i have my descent job here in abroad)... How did i get out? Its all about money...

Voice and video record
by: Anonymous

With all the legal docs passenger have prepared, BI will always find a way to question passengers. I advise to ready a video camera recording the conversation and if possible showing the face of the IO. This when things get worse talking to the officer.

If all reasons and docs are real and legal, we have to fight for our right to flight. This includes taking records of the conversation.

Also, present yourself confidently at immigration. They do profiling, so dress well, the professional the better.

Goodluck to us travellers!

Partner was Offloaded at Mactan Fri 20 Feb 15
by: Mark

my partner has a visa to join me here in Australia she also has all the required stamps certificates etc to leave the Philippines, she has been overseas many times having worked in South Africa, yesterday at Mactan International Airport she was denied boarding by an immigration officer on the pretence of not having an affidavit of support from me, we have never been told about this affidavit, even at the seminars etc she had to attend prior to being allowed to leave, what annoys me is she allowed to book her luggage in pay her departure taxes etc but gets to immigration and someone decides that they will "pull a rabbit out of the hat" to deny her a better life. What a joke something needs to be done about this as it is denying a basic human right.

Please help me clear my doubts or my fears
by: Anonymous

I am planning to visit Singapore with my cousin and some friends. What I am scared about is the offloading system of the unjust IOs here in Phil,Immigration. My situation is that I don't have a job but my parents are the ones financing my trip. Usually the requirements that the IO might ask are passport visa return ticket and cimpany ID. I dont have a company ID and I dont study anymore so I cant present them a school ID. Also This will be my first time traveling. I fear that the IO might require me some documents which I dont have. My question is what will I do to prove them that I willl return and I wont work there? And what documents or requirements should I prepare beforehand? I am only 20 yrs old. I am scared to get offloaded because this will be my first time. It sucks you know.

Offloaded due to job interview in Malaysia
by: Kel

Hi All,

A company in Penang, Malaysia asked me to do a company site tour and job interview. They paid for my airplane ticket and one night stay at hotel. At NAIA 1. I filled up the form and checked the box work/employment. Then I was asked my purpose of travel, and I said job interview and company tour. I was asked for invitation letter which I presented. Then I was told this was wrong procedure to hire me and employer should go here in the Philippines to do job interviews. This is so bad for me as I missed a job opportunity. People depend on me. They should have more consideration. Opportunity lost for me and employer spent money for this interview which I will not get a second time.

I had a very disappointing moment when i was offloaded by a female immigration officer in Mactan Cebu.

I booked for a 2-day tour for Singapore with return tickets, hotel accomodation , cash money.

What the hell happened was, they questioned me about an open visa for Abu Dhabi.
Of course , i am an OFW who just finished my job and wanted to enjoy my leave by having a tour in Singapore.
But the Immgration staff didnt listen to me and offloaded my luggage.

Is this right??? Are OFW's not allowed to take a tour to other countries with an open visa to work site country?

Immgration!!! please clarify me on this matter.
I think that only criminals are worthy of hold-departure orders!!!

Power tripper immig official!!
by: Anonymous

I was about to check in when the ground crew of silk air asked for my passport, visa and ticket so he told me that i need to pay the travel tax first. So i went to the travel tax people but they wont accept my payment since i need to have it approved by the IO. So i went to their office for it to be approved. I was then directed to the secondary officer (mind you, i've learned it the hard way.. You are only to be redirected to a secondary when you are a questionable tourist) so i went there thinking that i just need to have a note that it's okay for me to pay for my travel tax since my paper is complete. And then it happened.. They let me fill-up a BCQ form (that is the form where they will base their questions) so she checked my papers and then she got my ticket (confirmed if the ticket is real. It is real!!!) and passport (scanned it) even before offloading me.
So the Q&A started. Secondary officer(SO): what is your work? Me: i've written in the bcq that i am an employee so i told her i am an employee in the govt. SO: where is your travel authority? Me: i am not a regular employee however, i have an approved leave, an ID and my cert of employment. SO: checks again my visa.. Look here. Pointing to the visa. It says here that you are a sales rep how come in the visa you are not an employee? Me: mam the travel agency issued the visa and even if you are a dr., atty or whatsoever usually the profession usually written there is a sales rep. (In my mind, hello my cousin is a housewife how come she passed thru the IO with a sales rep and no proof of work when her sister just invited her to visit dubai) SO: then she scanned for my ticket again. Where's your ticket from davao to manila?? [my ticket singapore air dvo-sg-dxb then pal dxb-mnl] me: i can purchase ky ticket anytime time i want since i will be staying with my father and we will be touring luzon. SO: you need to have a ticket purchased from mnl-dvo. Me: if i purchase the ticket now will you let me go and proceed with my departure? SO: you need to change first your profession in your visA (me thinking, hello thAt's like purchasing a new visa and would cost thousands of pesos. WTH) and stayed there for a while convincing them to please let me get to my plane. Funny thing,
So In the end i didn't know that i was offloaded until i heard the ground crew asked me if i will be riding the plane and then i presented him my ticket then radioed the other ground crew and heard them saying kanina pa yan offloaded. The F! How embarrassing!!! Like are there forms needed to filled up or signed just to know that I was offloaded? They should present that! So that we wont wait for how many minutes looking like an idiot when you're the only one who didn't know you're offloaded! BS and FU mam!

I was aloud to board the plane, however I dont know why that F****** immigration officer doesnt even try to take a look at the passport so they can see the history of my previous stamps to different countries, she asked me what will I do there, I told here that my husband is working in Jakarta, and looks at me as if Im a criminal being interviewed at the airport of NAIA terminal 2, then when she finally started to check my passport, she then saw my stamps from Europe, then her question was, why do u have so many stamps on your passport? (WTH does she cares about my previous trips) (As if I was doing something illegal!!!!) what the hell is their problem, if you doesnt have stamps on the passport, its questionable, if they saw a lot its still questionable and still doubtful!!!! come on Philippine Government! CONTINUATION
by: offloaded on june 2014,

After more than an hour, she turned me over to the IACAT Officer then later to NBI Office in the airport. I was on hold for more than 4 hours. In fact, I was not able to get my travel tax refund because Cathay Pacific Office is close already and nobody can confirmed or signed my papers. It was signed at around 11am and it was already 4:30. The officer at the travel tax desk even said why they are holding me so much. Cathay Pacific will open in the afternoon the following day which will make my receipt useless because they will only refund it in 24 hours. So i have no chance at all.

NBI confiscated my passport for VALIDATION and VERIFICATION without giving me exact date when I should be able to get it and asked me to just call the DFA.

Since then I am very sleepless and can't believe the entire time that it happened to me.

Tomorrow I am going to the office of the OMBUDSMAN because I have seen the interview in youtube with MISON that it is not allowed to question us for more than 15 minutes. take a look at this on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QPQZbUrlMv0

I cannot sit idly by allowing them to abuse their power. If they will have to offload me then they have to do their judgement right on the technicalities of time.

My lawyer is now looking at ILLEGAL DETENTION OR ARBITRARY DETENTION.

INDEPENDENCE DAY- AN OFFLOADING NIGHTMARE
by: offloaded on june 2014,

Yes, it is on the very Independence Day that I was offloaded by the BI Officer. I understand their genuine purpose of implementing these BI new and stricter rules even when it tarnishes the right of Filipino people to travel abroad. Yes travelling is not a previledge- it is a right!

I had Return Ticket, Hotel Booking, Money in Dollars, ATM, Mastercard. They asked my company ID but I had not brought one. I was then asked about my previous travel. Yes, I was an EX-OFW. She then asked me to fill out the papers and referred me to be interviewed by another officer. I have answered all the questions and presented documents based on the checklist. I am 30 years old, professional and an executive in one of the companies. I even showed my COE yet the officer was not convinced.

Cathay Pacific Ground Personnel asked that lady officer Jian Rayni E Garban if I am all set because the plane is leaving and they are only waiting for me because she already stood up but she said "ambot ninyo kay basta ako interviewhon pa naku sya" Notice at this very time, it was more than 15 minutes and she hasn't decided if I'll fly or not. So the plane has to go without me because I was not given a go signal. So I just sit still and waited for her as she was walking around. I took my phone and was to call my lawyer but they were shouting saying "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE YOUR PHONE FROM THIS TIME FORWARD MAAM"

I was being cooperative because I don't like to create drama or action drama because it was too off to be on that side where other passengers would stare at you like you are a criminal.

The BI Officer then asked for my luggage because she would like to see my documents. So we opened our luggage. So she saw some of my documents like my Business Visa to Qatar.

She then offloaded me pursuant to Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9208 and or RA 8042.

Bad Experienced from an Insulting Immigration Officer!!!
by: Anonymous

Hi there everyone, i did experienced the same thing...being offloaded due to the decision by an immigration officer at NAIA. On the very first hand, i have all the necessary documents, visa duly issued by UAE, Ministry of Interior, passport, hotel accommodation, plane ticket. It was just so ridiculous that we are deprived with our Human Rights by these people who works for our government and we are the one paying them all with the taxes that were been charged to us by the government. It is very unprofessional by nature! Actually they dont have all the right to do that because they get paid through our taxes and yet they do that to us because of poor system that our government have. According to a person that approached me they need money - meaning i need to give them money that time and they share among themselves. For me, why do i need to give them money, they are already getting paid thru our taxes, they are hired and put there in that place to better assist us not to Insult and and deprived of our right as a human. How come they are very strict with people who have proper documentation but not so strict with people that are criminals? The system is really in sane!!! Who can fixed this issue then??? If according to our President - we will be having a good governance going to the right path...then how can he fixed the issues here at the immigration? Hope Mr. President that you do provide an immediate action on these matters because its been going on and on..if you wont be able to provide the right action on it, then my question is who will???? Filipinos did trust you and hoping that your government will be doing the right thing...but can you explain to people like us who have bad experienced to these people that you hired for the government to served us rightfully and respect us for our own right and not to deprived us and hinder us!!!

About 50 Filipinos offloaded from Cebu flight 5J803 on 14/02/14 Valentine's day MNL-SIN.
by: Anonymous

About 50 Filipinos offloaded from Cebu flight 5J803 on 14/02/14 Valentine's day MNL-SIN.

My friend and and along with estimated about 50 Filipinos were offloaded at terminal 3 Manila. Her reason was that her letter of invitation from her Singaporean sponsor is not an affidavit from the Philippines embassy in SG, notarized with a red ribbon.
I have a few troubling questions.
1. How do I find out that the flight took off with 50 less passengers on arrival at SG?.
2. Is Cebupacific air working with immigration in the event of an overbooked flight?. My friend's flight itinerary were changed last minute at the airport because of a delay in the first flight?.
3. My friend last trip to SG on Tigerairways in November 2013 went through immigration smoothly on the same letter of invitation. Why rejected this time on Cebupacific air?.
4. On that same flight above. She was deliberately interviewed until she missed her flight even after pleading that the door is about to closed.
5. It seems that Immigration planned it, such that she had to rebook another flight and the next available flight is as though already expected is by Cebupacific air.
5. As gathered from posts by others that a bribe money of not more than P30 000 is required to pave your way out or else you will offloaded or deliberately forced to miss your flight through extended interviews.
Corrupted to the core at homeland and extended to embassies overseas.
6. What will you do to immigration officers when the reverse takes place?. Will you serve an immigration officer when the opportunity arises or will you handle it in the most creative way to your heart content?.

I am pretty sore at all the wasted planning, wasted airfares and blood boiling at Immigration officers.
God saves the Filipinos!

just this morning, I was offloaded for my flight bound for Malaysia as Tourist.

They are looking irrelevant documents for travel abroad, why?
OMG, what the hell are those officers receiving, spending their compensation from the people of Philippines who paid huge taxes monthly from their few income and yet those people make ruin the life of the OFW's and to all Balik Bayans.

How dare fucking are those BI officers in Mactan Cebu International Airport...

Many of us this morning were offloaded even with complete and original documents sealed with red ribbon.

I believes that those people are worth to be dead by crucifying like the two thieves Barabas and Caipas...

Immigration Officers in Manila no consideration
by: Anonymous

Just want to share with you what happen this week Dec 26,2013 at Manila Airport Terminal 2.

My flight via Philippine Airlines to Abudhabi as part of the process baggage log in,pay the terminal fee of 550.00.Then next is Immigration department.

As part of the process check the passport, tickets etc....

I have the following documents

Oman express visa allows to stay for 3 weeks
Invitation letter from the local sponsor which is Arab.
2 way ticket valid for 10 days.

Immigration start to ask some question.

What will you do to Oman?
To visit a friend and attend social occassion
Your Sponsor is Arab how come you have Arab friend?
His my Facebook friend for almost 2 years and he invited me to visit oman to meet his mama and attend his brother birthday.

That time the Immigration Office told me to fall in line and make an interview with other Immigration Officer.

Immigration Officer check my documents complete.
Ask again What is your work?
Im into computers
Do you have company ID?
No i dont have i have small bussiness
Can you show some Documents of the bussiness?
Its a home bussiness for repairs etc.

Immigration Officer told me it seems you dont have stable job or bussiness so you go to oman to work.

Why you like to go oman? What is the main purpose?
I told them again i was invited to visit oman. And since its december as gift for my self i want to travel.I guess theres no problem with that since i have complete documents.and im travelling as tourist since 2002.I have been in 8 countries.

Immigration Officer told me your reason is not valid. He advice me to get employment visa from sponsor, contract go to POEA and get OEC.

I told him why should i get those requirement.Just i want to visit and im not working. How can i work i have only express visa.Oman has also rules they dont allow people to work carrying express visa.

I spend almost 50k on buying a december ticket.
Did they realized what they have done to me?
Complete papers and valid documents but still cant travel.

Now what will i do with my visa, what will i do with my ticket?

This is injustice, you have no heart, you have no consideration.Hope your happy to offload me and other kabayans.

This is the first time i heard going for a visit need employment visa.
Where is my rights?
Do i have right to compalin them your wrong why like that why like this, why your asking requirements to get working visa.

We have no rights to fight coz your in the posistion to do so.
We have no rights to answer back
I dont have money to give and im not tolerating that kind of system.

HOPE THIS SYSTEM WILL STOP BUT I THINK ITS HOPELESS !!!

Philippine Immigration is corrupt.
Nothing happen in may case

Phils Immigration : Incompetent and Ignorant
by: Anonymous

My close friend was denied exit at Manila by some petty moronic power crazed Immigration Officer. The denial came after an interview involving unnecessary, inappropriate, insensitive and unreasonable questions.
My friends paperwork was completely in compliance with the immigration rules.
But compliance doesn't mean much to Phils immigration!
They invent there own rules on the spot.
Plus there is no regard or responsibility taken by immigration for the consequences of a denial to travel.
The cost alone on wasted airfares and pre booked hotels and tours!
I can not believe that a democratic country tolerates this blatant abuse of it's own people.
Phils Immigration ... Everyone one of your employees should be sacked! Your system is corrupt and operates at the whim of idiots!
Until to start conducting yourselves in a professional evenhanded manner that respects the rights of people and the law of the land, you will always be bureaucratic garbage.
I only wish that there was someone in the Phils with the balls to clean up Phils Immigration.

Insensitive Immigration Officer!!!
by: Jing

My brother was offloaded last Nov 7/ 2013 @ Manila Immigration. This is I think the most depressing part for him aside from our Dad passing. He is going to Thailand as a tourist and will stay to our Thai friend. The officer did not let him in despite the return ticket, money, orig docs and letter of invitation to stay there. The REASON: His trip is questionable. My brother felt like humiliated and this is his first time going outside the country. The trauma is beyond unexplainable aside from the purchased ticket that he spent to go for holidays and meeting our friend. This is inhumane! We are in a country where the crab mentality is very rampant. People doesn't want to see you have a little enjoyment. Especially knowing its your own countrymen. I understand that its their job but what law or rules bind them to not allow people to go despite of the documents presented! I hate it! If only I can curse this people but maybe they just don't have a good day that time, which we all have I get it. But being reasonable is far beyond reach that day. Hopefully my brother will still get the opportunity to see other places.
Now my question is:?: If you were once hold at the immigration do you have your passport stamped as a red flag the next time you travel?????????
Any answer will do. Thanks for reading!

Philippine Immigration Officers (maybe not all) are greedy bastards and monsters.. you drain the Filipinos of their time, money and energy..in the first place, DFA shouldn't issue passports at all if they feel someone looks "poor" or cannot afford to get out of the Philippines.

You make it a nightmare for Filipinos to travel out of the country, may it be for leisure or work, in spite of the traveler having complete documents. Most Filipinos resort to some other way of getting out of the country which seem "illegal" when in fact, it is not (like going to some Middle Eastern country, using HKG or SIN a stopover before proceeding to the Middle East). We have no choice but to go through all that trouble just to get out of the country, and yet in the end, you offload us with no just cause.

You do not have souls. Go to hell.

Denial of Civil Liberties and Constitutional Rights of SRRV visa holder and his fiancee on account of illegal offloading by Philippine Immigration twice.
by: Sheen

I am an Indian national and an Engineer by profession. I am a SRRV visa holder . My fiancée is a Filipino national and a graduate .

My fiancée’s and for obvious reasons consequently in turn my civil and constitutional liberties as a SRRV Visa holder as enshrined under constitution of republic of Philippines are suspended on account of her repeated illegal offloading at international airport. Due to repeated illegal offloading my fiancée has hence been under illegal confinement by bureau of immigration of Philippines for one year on account of denial of her constitutional right to travel to her fiancée overseas. This has not only resulted in our separation for past one year on one hand but on the other hand we have been unable to plan our relationship and life together as a couple.

Whereas , on one side government may be putting in your all in efforts to attract tourists and investments , such brazen denial of civil liberties and constitutional rights to common citizens in a civilized democratic society definitely sends a wrong message to tourists and investors in general ; undermining their slogan of “its more fun in Philippines ”.All countries have the problem of trafficking but to the best of my knowledge no civilized country resorts to such discretionary suppression and denial of civil liberties and constitutional rights of its common citizens in the name of curbing trafficking ; resulting in open corruption under the guise of immigration clearance and curbing trafficking.

Therefore, I requested seeking support from all concerned to facilitate my fiancée’s advance travel clearance to India from bureau of immigration in view of the fact that my fiancée Miss Cristy Mata was offload twice under misjudged, illegitimate discretion by bureau of Immigration staff seeking work permit / POEA clearance from her while she was on a visit to India on a tourist visa for meeting her fiancée in India.

Through advance clearance from the bureau we only wish to ensure that there is no further financial loss and mental agony to us in addition to the losses incurred, repeated mental agony and separation for past one year suffered by us so far for no reason whatsoever.

There is no response from anyone so far and we are still starnded in Manila.

Hello, I am planning to go and tour Dubai using visit visa sponsored by one of the hotel in Dubai. Is there anyone here has the same situation as me? I want to meet my fiancé in Dubai and stay there for less than a week and come back right after. What other documents needed ? The hotel can only provide me a copy of a visa and not the original one. Please let me know if anyone here has the same as mine.. I'm scared to be offload by the immigration in NAIA.

Crazy immigration officers!!!
by: Anonymous

My cousins where offloaded because the officer says 20k is not enough as show money to Singapore. Actual fact all their expense is paid and they have nothing to worry. But because of immigration in philippines always very suspicious of their country man when going out they anyhow offload you. Without thinking that the tickets are not refundable and the effort and expenses made to prepare for this trip is exhausting. In other countries they dont restrict their citizens to go overseas and spend the holidays because there's a TRUST in each one. But in Philippines you SUSPECT each other ;(( crazy fool. No wonder Philippines will be a third world country forever no chance to be developed as India and Vietnam. Because Filipinos do not TRUST each other.

I fervently hope that your family gets stopped and offloaded in other countries so you get a taste of your own medicine. I regret paying taxes for these government officials. I call on those who are elected and have the power over these creatures who have leveled themselves as gods to those who just wanted to chill out. May you sleep well at night. Guidelines by DOJ through BI regarding departure formalities
by: Anonymous

Check this link for the guidelines :) I have read this before travelling as a tourist to UAE. The officer was really strict at first but when I handed him the documents, he directly stamped on my passport without any lagay or under the table at all. He had a lot of questions at first especially that I was a first time traveler, but I consistently answered his questions because I knew for myself that I was really travelling for holiday purpose only. There were also these two ladies who were going to Malaysia and were also first time travelers,, they were not offloaded although the other one was currently unemployed but I knew they were legit tourists too. However, there was this one person who later on admitted that he will look for work in (I forgot what country was that) and even asked the officer if he can just pay for the stamp, I just knew he said it because the officer said in a bit loud voice, "Sir, hindi po kami nagpapabayad para sa stamp, yang 30,000 mo na yan, gamitin mo nlang yan na pambayad para makakuha ng exit clearance sa POEA, ang laki pa ng magiging sukli at hindi ka na ulit maiinterview dito ng matagal." I believe the system has somehow improved now especially that younger officers were being hired. Anyway, good luck to everyone! If you have any questions, just try visiting their site! :) Just be honest, you know what your real purpose of travelling is, right?

Be smart

If you are stopped by PI and if you suspect that it is because of money expected by PI, give them the money but note down the serial numbers on the banknotes. After money passes to PI, call the corruption agency in your country and report. If the PI who took the money is caught red-handed, other PI will be scared.

As for travelling out:
if coming to Malaysia ask your Malaysian sponsor to apply for a three months calling visa either in Malaysia or Manila.

If coming to Singapore, also request for your sponsorship letter to be authenticated by philippines embassy in Singapore.

Remember: If no reasons for refusal, most immigration officers will rely on anti human trafficking advisory or that the person may be refused entry at the other country and thus the airline will have to bear the costs of repatriation.

Fnally, if you are a genuine traveller but refused travel, take a court actionby naming the officer, director general and government of Philiipines. You can ask for damages. or a declaration that refusal is unlawful.

Visit visa off loaded
by: Anonymous

I invited a friend fo visit Dubai on a visit visa, I provided all the necessary documents. Unfortunately she was off loaded first for a reason that she doesn't have show money. Then 2nd time she was off loaded again because the immigration officer was looking for my employment certificate which is unnecessary bec I provided her a copy of my visa. The immigration officer was so rude and don't know how to talk with her fellow kabayan. What on earth that they don't allow our poor kabayan to go out in our country? The only reason I see why they didnt allow her to go out was they need money for bribe.

Unexpected and inexplicable exit requirements when leaving the Philippines!
by: Alex

I am an Australian citizen and have been visiting the Philippines for many years and resided here for a period of 2 years. Arriving here for a 2 week trip while in Manila I decided to go with one of my closest friends, a Filipino, for a trip to Singapore. He is a typical Filipino, hard-working, honest, and of exemplary character. He had a passport and this was to be his first time out of the country. He was so excited about this trip. It was all so easy. We booked our tickets without any problem and checked regarding visa requirements for Singapore. No problems! Filipinos are automatically granted a 30 day stay in Singapore. We have a Filipino friend who works there and he was to show us around. All was going smoothly as we went to board our flight when at the Philippine immigration departure point the officer announced to us that I had to sign an affidavit of support and be responsible for the welfare and financial support of my friend who happens to be an adult while abroad! I was shocked by this. No one had mentioned this to us. What are these requirements? What legislation are they based on? Why were we not informed of them by the airline that we booked through? I signed the form, what would have happened if I hadn't, and my Filipino friend signed a waiver to the effect that if he was refused entry to Singapore he would return on our scheduled flight back. I asked the immigration officer if there was a problem. Why did we have to sign these forms? He stated there was no problem, that it was just a 'requirement'. Having signed the forms, had our passports photocopied by the officials we were allowed through. Arriving at Singapore we were given a tourist visa in our passports immediately and enjoyed our trip there without any of these extra 'formalities' that we had to go through exiting from the Philippines. We returned to the Philippines without any problems. I would be most grateful if someone could enlighten me as to why Filipinos and foreign friends that they may be travelling with are subjected to this without warning or preparation and at the point of exit when all other formalities such as having a valid passport and return tickets have been met. As regards to any problems overseas we had been cautious and careful enough to ensure that we had travel insurance. Oddly enough this was one question that we were not asked, i.e. did we have travel insurance which I personally would recommend to all. Best wishes to all.

tourist visa
by: Anonymous

an experience to share:

I had tourist visa to UAE on my first time to go abroad sponosored by my distant auntie (our last names are different). Fall in line to a lady immigration officer (thought she will be nice coz she's a woman) but what the heck, she's a an evil old monster. She asked me about my relationship to my sponosor and how our family names are different, ask me about my college degree, my employee id and company name, my date of departure (which i know im stupid i forgot to memorize). I mean why you care if we are not on the same name, my mother and auntie end up having different dads. and whats the purpose of those affidavits from my auntie and travel agency? there will be responsible if something will happen to me, not you people in the immigration! i am ready to do DNA to prove it (nonsense, lol..)Being an innocent 21 yr old at that time, I was so upset in tears while walking away.
Then I wipe my tears, pick up my confident, memorize my date of return and wear a smile. Fall in line again to this fat looking immigration man, answered his questions confidently, like what i will do in uae (visit) , who i will visit in uae (auntie). He just take a glance at every document i had (tourist visa, tiket, passport, sponsored agency docs) then let me through without a hassle. Relieved!

One of my friend said, he pay under the table money of 500 dollars, he was sponsored by a cousin.

Now im coming back again for tourist visa, these postings i read make me prepare for a battle armed with money enough to slap at their face if they will not let me pass!

Screw them! WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND, WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN, KARMA WILL BLESS U PEOPLE IN THE IMMIGRATION!!!!!

thats why philippines is still in poverty coz of corrupt officials we chose. hey, we pay tax to bring food to your table! and the dirty money u spent on holidays abroad, luxury cars, and spoil ur kids with iphone..

It's really sad to say that we are a prison in our own country. What is the purpose of issuing a philippine passport if our immigration hold us in the airport. When I was in Philippines before I have experienced also the same lot of questions and many blah! Blah!Blah! Asked what is my work show money etc... Even if i have all the documents.I love my country Philippines is a very beautiful country but because of the corrupt system the only reason i come home is my family.

Now i am married to a swiss and we lived here in switzerland since then everytime i come home and back abroad i had no problem at all with immigration so far. But i do hope and pray that our president can do something about this departure hold by immigration. I understand they protect filipino from human trafficking but they have to consider also those who just want to go for travel for holiday. Goodluck To All!God bless

Immigration officials:

Why the Philippine Embassy here in UAE is accepting the process of documents (like red ribbon) of visit visa if they told one of my friend that I invited here in Dubai that your visa should be employment. I did not invite him to work here only for us to meet and do some plans to build a business in your country. What a government Philippine has! Will you change the way... If you implement that this are the documents, you should accept those travelling Filipinos with complete documents because they spent money on it. Haram! TO SHAMSY and to everyone
by: shengkay2012

I was offloaded last December 2011 by the Philippine Immigration in Cebu Airport, because OF the reason that I don't have:

1. SHOW MONEY
2. TRANSLATION OF MY BANK GUARANTEES and Invitation Letter

despite I have all the documents needed to travel, They have decided stopping me during my flight.. I have already the :

1.Italian Visa
2.Invitation Letter from my host or Fiance (written in Italian)
3.Round trip ticket
4. Medical Insurance
5. and Bank Guarantees

This things has been wasted, I feel so much pity for my Fiance, for tickets, insurance and all of my documents has been wasted, and never refunded from the airlines.. They caused a lot of money, thousand of Pesos has wasted..I have been offended in my dignity called "maid"...
We have to be made able to comply with a RULE,We cannot be damaged basing on a simple suspect...They have to be responsible in their every actions,They didn't know how it feels to be in pain, They are INHUMAN... I-N-H-U-M-A-N

if you have to apply for a visa the rules are clear, you have to provide this, this and this after that you get visa..
on the contrary,it's not clear how to comply with Philippines laws, they have no list for whatever requirements should be followed by their rules..

but anyhow, I have reached Europe in my 2nd visa... so if you have questions , I don't want you to experience what I have experienced before...

Thank you

Philippines turned to a brothel by its own immigration policy

Stopping citizens specially girls from going out of the country not only violates the human rights of a person but also produces a big number of unemployed girls who have no other options but to become slave prostitutes in their own country. Philippines produces a large number of work force in the world in service industry due to their good English language skills. Even Filipina maids are preferred than other nationalities like Myanmar or Indonesian because of their English but if they are not allowed to go out of their own country then these poor girls land up in strip clubs or bars in their own country.

I am sorry to say but this practice of offloading people is something that will take a country with great workforce down to the gutter and that is why Philippines has not grown more than its neighbours in the region. Wake up Government of Philippines and immediately do away with this practice of offloading of your citizens at airports and give them some honour and respect to go out and make a living and help to grow the economy of your own country in return...

Filipinos are educated and brave people. Why the citizens of a democratic country can take this kind of treatment from the government that they elected.

Start a revolution starting from the President, Minister of Home and the commissioner of bureau of Immigration Philippines. Put all these concerns on the face book and twitter and GOVERNMENT sites search the email addresses of the government officials and send them maximum number of emails and write to the human rights commission of UN about this inhuman practice of a democratically elected government.

This is surely violation of human rights of the citizens of Philippines, simple right of movement in and out of the country is also hindered.

WAKE UP FILIPINOS.... Once the government issues you a PASSPORT then it has no right to stop you from going out of the country.

My experience last year is about this crocodile working in Cebu Immigration. I have my complete documents to fly i.e original visit visa, red ribbon, return ticket and company letter, only to be told by Fernando San Ramon that there is a new rule that only visit visa from a relative will be allowed to fly. I was wondering, why was I issued a red ribbon by the embassy if there is this so called 'NEW RULE' being imposed by the immigration? It was clear that there was no co ordination from concerned gov't offices and the victims are innocent Filipinos like us...And to add insult, he was asking me to provide a copy of our business license which is so stupidly irrelevant and immaterial…For me it’s just a way to divert his real intention of trying to extort money...Mr. fernando san ramon is just one of those crooked government employees worse than a criminal....they don't deserve to be there. ..GOD BLESS to all those offloaded like me.....

PHIL IMMIGRATION; THEY ARE ALL BULLSHIT!

I was just offloaded this morning with my flight to Singapore.Supposedly its my 2nd time to be there. I have my letter, I have my hotel booking but they asked me a referral/certification from my *college school* to prove that I had my one year on-the-job training there. Its so bullshit! I presented already the contract I had with the company I was attached to Singapore last September 2010. How come they keep on asking for some unnecessary papers, and even they asked me to present the copy from *CHED* certification. It has nothing to do with my travel now. How dare you Ms. IOfficer! you don't even realize how much money was wasted to book a roundtrip ticket and the money I spent with the hotel booking. YOU ALL GO TO HELL! Are Filipinos don't have the right to travel? We spend our own money, not from yours. You don't know how it actually feels until it happens to you. I am really depressed, and over frustrated more about the money spent for this trip!I did cry when my dad called me up as I was refunding the tax and terminal fee. If that's the case, then YOU BANNED ALL THE FILIPINOS TO TRAVEL ABROAD/ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD SO THAT NO TIME, NO EFFORT AND NO MONEY WILL BE WASTED! Philippines is a THIRD-WORLD COUNTRY, and life here is very difficult, and you make it more difficult by not allowig anyoe to travel abroad and do leisure times. The stupid Immigration officer asked me irrelevant questions such as what kind of business I was doing and how much money I was carrying etc. I told him that I have Public Utility Jeep business then stupidly asking me to give him a copy of the franchise and ownership of the business etc which is so damn crazy..How in the hell would I know that these dox will be required when travelling abroad??? Won't look into my papers
by: Badong

I had an experience with these immigration officers once. It was my second time to travel out of the country. I got to the immigration gates when I was questioned what I was going to do in my country of destination. When I told them the answer that I was going to visit my wife they insisted on seeing our marriage certificate which I stored in my check-in baggage(my bad). The officer started to berate me with other questions( most of which were unnecessary) which I answered calmly. All of these happened with the officer not even taking a peek into my passport. I repeatedly told him to look into my passport to see that I have gone out of the country and came back on time. He didn't bother to look at into it and instructed me to move out of the line and go into the nearby booth to fill out some kind of affidavit which I was absolutely positive not necessary. I almost missed my flight but they don't seem to care when after about 15-20 minutes the officer finally decided to take a peek into my passport and saw the records marked therein.I remember clearly that he kept asking this question which was clearly marked in my visa, 'do you have a sponsor in the country where you are going?'. Yes, I answered that question in the positive and pointed it out on the visa which he refused to read. I was so lucky I still caught my flight. This situation did not happen only to me. There was this lady and two other persons who were supposed to be on the same plane as I was. I never saw them on that flight. Why won't he look into my papers? Why does he keep asking questions which I have answered consistently? Can't he read? Why is it so difficult to get out of our country? If I missed that flight my wife could have been suspended from work or worse she would have lost her job. The company that my wife worked for sponsored my visit and it would have been a waste of their resources if I was not on that flight just because this particular officer refused to read the papers evidencing that I have left and come back into our country. It is so unnerving for a Filipino to travel out of his own country when these people who are supposed to help you ease the difficulty are the ones who make it hell for you to even get to the plane. I understand that these Immigration officers and their superiors have a difficult job but that doesn't mean that they have to make it difficult for us to leave our country whether we are looking for a job abroad, or for a holiday or pleasure, and specially when we go to visit our loved ones who have sacrificed to leave the country to provide a better future for their families. Filipinos may be timid at times but they are not stupid . But timid or not Filipinos are persons just the same as any other citizen in the world. We deserve proper respect and courtesy.Oh and what is up with that travel tax?Is it used for the airport's maintenance? The airport looks and feels the same as I saw it the first time during the 80's.

THERE IS NO GROUNDS FOR IMMIGRATION OFFICER NOT ALLOWING A FILIPINO TO TRAVEL ABROAD WITH A VALID PASSPORT AND TICKET WITH NO CRIMINAL RECORD IN PHILIPPINES AND ABROAD? AND WHY PEOPLE THAT HAVE CRIMINAL RECORDS CAN GO WHERE EVER THEY WANT TO GO?

Offloading is illegal
by: Anonymous

Recently, a lady teacher from the Philippines wanted to visit her friends in Malaysia but was offloaded at Clark even though she had US$700 on her; a return ticket, an embassy notarized letter and a sponsor. Her stay in MY would have taken no more than a week.

When she questioned the Immigration for their silly decision, they were not even able to give a proper answer!! Maybe, they are so used to offloading people they have even forgotten why they are doing it.

Manila immigration scam
by: Anonymous

From personal experience at Manila airport in April 2012 this blog is very accurate and deserves wider coverage in google and other travel media.
It is sad to see that corruption lives and breathes in Philippines in this immigration scam to stop their own citizens leaving the country with a valid ticket and passport. The Philippines economy will always lag way behind other east Asia countries while this type of activity exists so openly.

Immigration officer in Philippines they really don't care about how much money you spent inorder to travel,A lot of filipno became no right to travel outside the country to spend on holiday.because even if u have some documents they still upload knowing that most country like hongkong, singapore they gave free visit entry the question is what is the use of the free visit entry if immigration officer are not letting you board on plane its really f....ck! And su..cks! Sytem.

They asked so much documents which is not really necessary i guess they need to go to school and learn how to respect the filipino because we are filipino paying there salary. Knowing the trauma after and stress. One problem also is that they put u in a room and hold there for a very long time with no one assist you whats going on and comeback after few hours and informed u that you cannot travel this time.I hope one day they realize this system is only in Philippines. If compare to other country there's no such thing that everyday lot of passengers get upload.IO in philippnes no.1 s....cks!

The immigration officers are making life difficult for filipnos like us.They think all pinays are prostitutes and we are actually prisoners in our own country. Immigration officers are not "gods" to decide as to weather we can leave the country.
We cannot find jobs in the Philippines and yet they wont let us leave the country to work. This is clearly not right and thus violates human rights.
Life is already difficult enough in the Philippines thank you immigration officer for making it into a living hell.We have elected the wrong goverment.

Inhuman and disgusting practice by a Nation
by: Philip

It was a shock to know that a democratic nation like Philippines is treating its own nationals by stopping their freedom of movement and right to choose to travel abroad in the name of preventing human trafficking. Maybe that is why human trafficking is on the rise in that country as the government cannot take care of their citizens but put restrictions on them to an extend that it totally violates the human rights of an individual in Philippines.

Philippines Government, I appeal to you to wake up and let people decide if they want to go abroad and make a living and send back some money to their own country to support their families and also the economy of the country and not you. All the girls are not prostitutes in Philippines please give respect to your own citizens.. Your country is the only one that needs to be reported to the Human rights commission of the UNO. I am going to start a movement at International level and spread awareness of this gruesome practice in Philippines so that people should not vote for such a government in future. Please allow my wife to get out before its too late..

by: Anonymous

Philippine Immigration Officers really suck. They are hopeless in implementing the fair and true immigration law. I had a couple of nightmares in dealing with them (PIO). Most of the time, they tend to ask inappropriate questions (sarcastic) and look for unreasonable documents. I always check the website before I depart to make sure I've got everything I need for my travel. Unfortunately, these PIO just makes life so hard and complicated not to mention the money I'm wasting for buying replacement ticket. The website doesn't clearly inform the public about the latest changes in rules. PIO are selfish people who don't think of the Filipino travellers. They are bastard that came from hell.

Since most people are educated here, why are there so many posts in half english and half tagalog? You should either write in english or tagalog, not mixture of both.
Anyway, as a foreigner, I am very sad to hear that Filipinos are forced to be kept prisoners in your own country. If Pinoys are not given a chance to try either luck overseas, there will be more jobless Flipinos everyday and we see more homeless kids on the streets...not to mention more girls joining the strip clubs in Burgos Makati, Mabini, Pasay, Angeles City as prostitutes!

Guys

Do something about it. Make a protest about it outside the Philippine embassy in London. Set up a facebook page to get support. Nothing happens unless you are prepared to make yourself heard.

My girlfriend too was stopped from traveling before and now i want her to meet me in Thailand at the end of this month.

I'm thinking of forgetting the whole thing. Don't want her to travel to Manila only to be disappointed. Sounds like North Korea not the Philippines. Its an absolute scandal and needs media attention.

Its against human rights to be stopped from traveling like this. I'm prepared to join in any demonstration!

It's true what happened to me at Philippines immigration Last January 15, 2012 suppose I travel to Abu Dhabi to get face to face interview at GASCO.

The company sent me a tourist visa and round trip ticket. I present my travel document print out visa and passport to the immigration official and some questioning I answered all, unfortunately the immigration hold me, they could not accept a print out copy of my visa, they wanted the original copy.

I told them this is online application visa and my company they could not be able to provide original because this online visa it is computer generated.

What should I do the company wait for me for face to face interview please answer my question..

If any one has got the extension a couple days late could you look at your passport and tell me if they extended from the date you got the extension or from the date the visa expired?

i don't think this kind of thing will stop. BI officers are earning more than their basic salary just by extorting money from our poor OFW.

Some even range up to one hundred thousand pesos.everybody in the government is making money. If only ofw's will unite and let their voices be heard the govt will realize that we are the reason why our govt survived many financial crisis. it is the ofw's remittance that keeps our economy afloat.

such an irony that they should help the ofw more rather than make life a living hell for them.

I really don't know why the Immigration Officers are doing such things to our Kababayans...In the first place, why would they issue a passport and yet they won't allowed them to travel? despite having all the documents authenticated (with red ribbon from the consulate and everything)they still ask irrelevant things,,,what a shame...ONLY in THE PHILIPPINES...

My first cousin has been off loaded twice?!? they're asking for his OEC from POEA which is already 3yrs ago when he worked in Korea..for what????? He is heading to the UAE not in KOREA... UAE gov't already issued a TOURIST VISA for him and why would they hold him still? The Immigration Officer told him that after obtaining his OEC from previous worked abroad he will be able to pass through..we will see..kasi wala na silang matanong since kumpleto lahat ng documents nia kya kung ano ano na lang hinihingi nila..(we have affidavit na we're really cousins.i have sent my salary certificate & all)...don't they know na kada off load ng tao means extra expenses...hindi na nga sila nakakatulong dagdag perwisyo pa sila...may mapapala ba sila? After reading all the comments in this link, i was wondering..IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO IS READING OR SHOULD I SAY LISTENING WHAT THESE PEOPLE ASKED OR COMMENTED? O baka naman nagbibingian tayo o nagtatangahan kasi ganito na talaga ang sistema ng Bureau of Immigration natin?
Just a testimony, I went in Dubai for the first time as a tourist visa, sponsored by my sister. I was fortunately able to get through. My worries is the show money since requirement daw yon ng tourist visa at least 1k US$. That's a lot of money, but by God's grace, I was provided with half. But the show money was never been asked. Ready na nga ako to present it eh. I have my original visa, affidavot of support with red ribbon, printed ticket, and the show money. pero this gentleman asked me my connection with mmy sponsor, reason why am i going to dubai, and when i'm coming back? i was asked for the ID since i told him i have business. sabi lang niya next time dalhin ko ang dti para di ako ma question. anyway, he let me through...
I met several Filipina's under visit visa. one girl seating next to me, has a visit visa sponsored by a distant cousin, was asked for a show money, but when she said na 5k lang ang dala niya, and wala na siya money, this immigration officer asked for her contact no na lang para maging text mate sila!!??? syempre si bigay naman tong pinay, eh what to do? kailangan niya umalis, sayang naman ang mga nagastos di ba?

I'm holding a paper the same w/ what my friends presented during her interview before she go to Dubai last March 2011. The immigration officers says that my documents are doubtful and my cousin is not gainfully earning at Dubai.

Do they need payslip or statement of assets and Liability of my cousin?

Immigration should adhere to what their office requirement mandates

Sabwatan of officials
by: Anonymous

This is what we have been through and how many times we wrote here? Is anybody listening or read to this from the government?

The reason is, they have "sabwatan" inside and out. The fact the government opens their eyes for the corruption in immigration.

They found a good reason of human trafficking to the filipino who wants to go to other country, the question is when somebody is explaining they ask for money. Is that the preparation for their reason for human trafficking? and they say, they want to protect the people, or the people protect them by means of under the table?

If there is a problem to our destination, the other country immigration can easily deport us back.

By all means the immigration official is like a crocodile who always wants their stomach full at all times.

Travelling to Doha using Business Visit Visa
by: [email protected]

Hello mga Kababayan! I would like to share the following information in regards with travelling to Qatar especially when you are holding a Business Visit Visa. Here are some tips that I can give you and so by means of that, what happened to me will not happen to you. Honestly, it?s really hard to travel outside our country especially when we are holding only a Business Visit Visa. I was about to travel to Doha last June 5, 2011 and this is what happened to me. I?m done with a panel phone interview with one of the top company in Qatar. Right after 3 weeks, the company invited me for a face-to-face interview at Doha, Qatar. They ask to email the scanned copy of my passport and college diploma prior for them to apply for my Business Visit Visa. Luckily my visa has been approved and they email it to me with the round trip ticket to Doha, Qatar.
Here are the requirements you will be needed for you to have a successful trip to Doha, Qatar and I do include some steps you have to follow whenever we have the same case:

1) Upon receiving that emailed business visit visa we have to process Visa Stamping at Qatar embassy. I would like to remind you that we cannot process it by ourselves or through walk-in. How to do it? There are 2 ways to process it. Through the courier of DHL and the other one is through the recruitment partner of the company here in the Philippines.

Thru DHL parcel, checklist for Visa Stamping are the ff:

1. Issued Business Visit Visa copy / printed in colored (2 copies)
2. Pictures (2 pcs. 2x2 with white background)
3. Original Passport
4. Copy of your ID's
5. 2,550.00 DHL fee and stamping fee

Thru Recruitment partner:
*same requirements except that the fee is free because in my case the company waives it for me.

2) Email the employer in Qatar and ask for an Invitation Letter and Guarantee Letter. If possible ask also for Hotel voucher or hotel confirmation. Print it out. Go to POEA to process your Special Exit Clearance just present them the Guarantee and Invitation Letter and corresponding payment for the said clearance. Just wait for the release of the said clearance.

3) One of the requirement is we have to process our Affidavit of Undertakings and have it notarized with any Notary Public office.

That?s all you need for you to have a successful trip to Doha especially when we are only holding a Business Visit Visa. Good luck mga Kababayan hope this will guide you for a successful trip and have a better future outside our country.

LAST JUNE 20, 2011 supposed to be the flight of my friend going to dubai.

Unfortunately, those immigration officials SUCK!

They don't allow him in to Dubai unless he can show them proof that he knows me, being the sponsor, for which i can't understand.

The visa was released here in dubai, the travel agency PROCESSED THAT "LEGALLY"! ALONG WITH THE OTHER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, but still.. their looking for more documents which i didnt have any idea of..

Their not posting everything they need or the requirements. What is their point of making him such a prisoner in our own country and besides, this is his second time to go to Dubai. My own opinion, its none of their business to ask him one-by-one on what he will do in dubai.

He spent a lot of money in processing the visa, aside from that he had to prepare again for re-booking and maybe for "UNDER-THE-TABLE PAYMENTS!" One immigration official told him that they are just protecting our fellow filipinos against human & drug trafficking... ironically, most of them receive under-the-table payments without even thinking how hard it is to earn that money! BULOK NA SISTEMA!

It is even impossible, it seems, to get your - Filipino family in law - on a legaly issued European family visit stay to here for a temperary family visit for maximum 6 months.

The legal European Visum is granted by the European (Schengen) country , and put in the PH passport.

The BI Manila staff stops them each time at boarding; I need to rebook the flight again, pay new airplane booking fees, etc.

INSANE!!!

The Philippines is getting more like a National PRISON for all Pinoys. You have no human rights and freedom of will.

Make a lot of extra expenses, like phone calls, send extra BI demanded documents by DHL speed mail for a few legalized and official letters.

Everytime the BI staff have other demands. Requeres something extra, which was not at first time or before the last boarding.

When you bring all official legalized papers, it is not enough to them.

BUT, there is NO WHERE (on the official government websites) any information available WHICH documents you need to, collect, bring and to show to them.

Like a complete list of official documents published on the internet to collect and bring at boarding, legalised, whatsoever.

SO Sad........

This gives the BI staff even more power to follow their OWN rules and not the PH Immigration interest and rules and/or Law.

This creates even more corruption within the system. The BI member can bring in what ever they want to stop you, even if you have all required neccessary and essential documents with you.....

If you meet a friendly staff member, they let you go, is it a bad person, they stop you.

It is like Russian Roulette. You never know what will happen, because the system of information TO THE PUBLIC is not open to prepare yourseleve for your trip!

So, there is NO openess from the BI government at all, like WHAT you need to bring. Such as a list of demanded docs.

Corruption again is complete.

Adorable Immigration Officers!!!
by: Anonymous

It was really devastating. I sponsored my cousin and I attached all necessary documents and was authenticated in Philippine consulate in Dubai. They dont allow my cousin to board and so many stupid questions they asked. It was really shameful that those officers sit there just to humilate their own Kabayans. They should at least be considerate, all documents were complete and still they insists that my cousin documents are insufficient. One of my staff in our hotel was forced to give all her pocket money amounting to 5 thousand pesos just to get inside. Seems that those people in immigration was very happy seeing all our KAbayans suffering while waiting for their turn. This issue should be brought to the proper authority.

The officers, if you really want to call them so, are crooked and corrupt. They make whatever laws they feel like at the time, knowing you dont have the time or money to fight them.
It is NOT Filipino Officials who should make any decisions about you going to another country for any reason. Its none of their business. Its the business of the country you wish to travel to,not these official &^%#%!!!

They do it because THEY CAN.What do you expect when the corruption is from the bottom to the top!! ROTTEN Thats why you are NUMBER 147 on the list of best cou8ntries to live in!!

What this country needs is a clear statement and instructions on what are the things they needed or some is just because of mere speculations that your going to work illegal that why your getting offload, that immigration officers really sucks., the government should do something about it, it is our right to travel and it is our money who you put into trash, not just money but the humiliation and depression your giving to us is priceless, we do pay you guys on the taxes we are paying to this rotten government one should stand and do something about it.

Clearly stated departure requirements for any kind visa
by: Anonymous

Philippine Immigration should clearly state the requirements for departure for a tourist visa or whichever kind of visa (be it for hongkong, singapore, middle east countries etc!).

Moreover, Philippine Immigration should publicly inform the people updates of these requirements before even implementing them.

Why? People dont just pick money from the streets or do toilet and excrete money from their butts they offer their lives & even the next generations' lives for 'greener pasture' which our country obviously cant provide to 90% of its population.

I understand they think of our welfare its okay to be strict & firm BUT please smoothen the "edges" of your laws! most people rely on online information, inquiries like departure requirements for any visa should clearly appear & be stated when you click on it!

Why Phil. Immigration Officers did not allow me to go to dubai as visit visa?
by: Anonymous

I just wondering why those immigration officers did not allow me to go to dubai as visit visa. Which is, I have a complete documents.

Why they are doing this to their own kababayans? They don't know how much we spend for the visa and ticket which we cannot refund that expenses?

Is it true that only your immediate relative is only qualified to be your sponsor or to be the guarantor in your affidavit of support for Dubai?

I really want to have my vacation in dubai but the immigration did not allow me because the guarator written in my affidavit of support is sister of my sister in law.

To Immigration Department Please Post in public all your new rules and discuss it clearly in public. You'll just wasting the money and time of all Filipinos, and all travelers who wants to travel in other country!

Please be considerate!!! You are so unfair!!!

President Duterte Needs to Take Action on these offloading
by: Heartless Immigration Officers of Philippine Airports

Just like the rest of many filipinos suffering the horror from heartless immigration officers, something must really be done. Hundreds of thousands of TERRIBLE experiences are happening continuously in our airports.

Many foreigners ask why our country is preventing it's people from going out? Is it not the problem of the country WHERE WE ARE GOING if they will accept us or not. And not the problem of our airport!!!

The immigration officers are HEARTLESS AND EXTREMELY EVIL, letting their countrymen suffer loss. We paid for tickets, hotel reservations etc and they are VERY HAPPY to offload us.

Ever wonder how are the personal lives of these immigration officers? I don't think they are happy people. Karma and God will face them someday.

August 5 2014 OffLoaded
by: Brave&Bold

Good evening pals, co-Pinoys and readers from all over the world.

Feeling the same thing with what had happened to you guys, I wanna rage and demolish their way of questioning and/or their unfair system.

It is true that these immigration officers have the authority to interview every suspected individual for their real intention of going out of the country.

BUT based on what i have read here and from my own recent experience, it is true that some immigration officers are really unprofessional and unfair, and probably, your description of some of these people are definitely and evidently true.

August 5 2014, I arrived at NAIA Terminal 3 at around 4:35 in the afternoon. Well, admitting it with full honesty, as soon as I arrived there, I observed what the people do since it is just my second time to travel abroad (but was offloaded) and i am not so familiar with what to do. I was wondering why the International Gate Terminal 3 was not yet open. I even dared to enter the gate because i was thinking that it might just be closed and it is an automated one. But as I was about the approach the entrance, a female agent entered before me and stopped me from going in and told me that it was not yet open. So in my mind, speaking to myself, i just said, "okay." I saw other passengers both fellow Filipinos and foreigners who were supposed to enter the gate but wondered why was it still close. In few minutes, I noticed that most of them were already gone. Some of them stayed outside and wait, and some of them tried to look for other entrance. As I was worried not getting in on time, I tried to find a way. And there I saw a group of foreigners entering the domestic gate, and so I did the same.

Now to cut the story short, bla bla bla. More than an hour had passed.

At the time when i faced the gate keeper/s (I mean the immigration officers), as ordered, I gave my passport and my plane ticket. Then she asked for my travel itinerary. I gave it to her. She checked it but then she went out of her cubicle and approached one of the female immigration officer and whispered something while pointing to my document. She referred me to the other immigration officer. So i had to comply. There were already 6 people queued waiting for there turn to be off-loaded.

Time check, it was already 5 minutes before 7 pm.

I signed the questionnaire the first immigration officer asked me to fill-in. Then there came the other agent who calls for passengers who must board in the plane. He was looking for passengers who must board A.S.A.P. since their planes were about to leave in 15 minutes.

So I started to get worried during that time because I had to get in the boarding area 30 minutes before my flight. Knowing that the boarding area closes 30 minutes before the flight and I don't have much time, I was desperate to be interviewed by any of the immigration officers.

I was the 6th passenger in the queue. And there were more passengers in the line. Everyone was worried and apprehensive.

Then the agent calling for passengers who must board A.S.A.P. approached us, asking if there's anyone of us who will fly to Siem Reap. And so I raised my hand and asked him, "Kuya anung oras na? Makakahabol ba?"

According to him, he was about to call me so i will be prioritized over other passengers.

Then here's the highlight of this event.

7:00 p.m., I saw the immigration officer, who was positioned on the first desk, taking her time thinking about what to write on the sheet of paper of the other passenger who already left.

Before that, they (the previous passengers - which are couple) had an argument with her (the immig. officer) because she seemed to question something. And the husband was explaining it to her that she cannot make such (something which i don't exactly know)accusation because bla bla bla.

Time check, 7:06 p.m. and she was still holding the paper and thinking. Yes, I was observing her because all i can do that time was to watch them and watch my time pass away making me more frustrated.

So i took a stand, I approached again the other agent and asked him, "Kuya anung oras na?" Implying that time is running.

Then suddenly, I approached the first immigration officer sitting on the first desk and asked her "Ma'am, matagal pa ba yan? ... You are wasting our time!" - with a loud tone but it is clear to me and to other passengers that it was not shouting. I didn't shout at her.

I went back to my line and sat with all of my frustrations.

Then the commotion started. She was surprised when i acted that way. She said, "Sir, I am in my uniform so you should respect me! bla bla ... akala mo kung sino... Kasuhan ko pa yan ng assault eh..." And then, there she stood and asked for a back-up from her colleagues. She went from one to the other speaking to them in a whispering manner. Of course, as brave as I was, I looked at them with my raging eyes. I am not stupid not to think that she was talking about me. They can't even look at me directly because my eyes are following every move they make.

Then there came another immigration officer, he called me, and he asked me these questions/told me these statements:

Sir, anu bang problema mo?
Paki-ulit mo nga ung sinabi mo kay ma'am?
Bakit mo naman sya sinigawan?
Babae pa namn sya, bakit mo siya sinigawan?
Wala ka bang respeto sa babae?
Kababayan pa pala kita...

Pa-check lahat ng document mo..
Oh may pinag-aralan ka pa naman.
Nurse ka pa pala. Bakit ka ganyan umasta?

Ma'am gusto mo gawan natin to ng report para..
Ma'am anu, gawan natin to ng report, magkakaroon to ng bad record... (the female officer said, "Sir huwag na lang, mababapd record pa yan, huwag na lang...)

Oh bakit ngayon ka lang magbabakasyon? Di ba pinagpaplanuhan dapat yan... (the officer looking at my Leave Letter given by the company where I work - In my mind, I took a leave July 11 till August 22. What's wrong!!?)

Nagbook ka lang 3 days before, biglaan yata ang bakasyon mo... (In my mind - whadda hell are you talking about!?)

etc...
etc...
etc...

In my mind, what have I done for them to think and act this way against me....?

In the end, after explaining my side...

I apologized to her more than 4 times.

The immigration officer found nothing wrong with my documents. So finally they decided to let me go.

Time check, 7:35 p.m. My flight was at 7:45.

I went back to the first immigration officer who checked my passport and she stamped on it - "DEPARTURE - Aug 5 2014 5J ***"

She did not explain anything to me, not even told me that I was offloaded.

They even asked me to go in the boarding area knowing that the plane was already gone.

I went in and asked another agent in the boarding area. He told me, "Ading offloaded ka na. Naka-alis na yung erolpano mo."

I wend back to the immigration cubicle. They saw me walking around and do not know what to do. So the male immigration officer who interviewed me, approached me and told me, "Balik ka na lang. Maaga ka na lang bukas, dapat 3 pm andito ka na. Pa book mo ulit yan."

I felt so tired, frustrated, wasted and betrayed.

Why can not Immigration dept come out with clear guidelines with regulations to follow. as of now, all is left for chanse and corruption to blossom. You must protest to you local congressman. All of you must send mail and make as much noice as possible. They will only change procedure after pressure from above. Immigration want to show their power and get away with it.

Offloaded unless you pay us!
by: Anonymous

Three weeks ago, two sisters on their way to Singapore, with a valid ticket, passport and enough "show money"- were offloaded at manila airport. Before they were off-loaded the usual silly questions were asked and as expected silly answers were given, since the answers were silly the sisters were off-loaded! How brilliant the PI can be!

The disappointed sisters leave the airport in tears, their hard earned or borrowed money to buy the ticket goes to waste, leaving them with an unpayable debt. On their way out to the taxi stand, two immigration officers approach them and leave a number and tells them to send a txt. Some minutes later the officers reply, asking to be paid P50,000 for each girl. Of Course! the sisters wont be able to pay that kind of money and left Manila for their homes in a far away province. A once in a life time opportunity, to provide for their impoverished families, lost. Providing for her citizens is the responsibility of a government, the Philippines state is unable to do this but denies its citizen their effort at enterprise. I've not heard of the sisters, since.

But a lot of girls still make it through without much trouble. This is made possible by paying the PI what is called an "escort fee" and its no more than P-21000. These girls are fortunate enough to know certain filipinos or "travel agents" who happen to have contacts inside the PI department. The PI takes about 60 to 70% and the rest go to the agent. Since these agents have a steady supply of girls willing to pay just to make the trip, the money earned from each girl, even though is not much, adds up, for the PIs and agents. As far as i know these activities are taking place in Manila airport.

The PI is a cold, heartless, corrupt creature. A typical product of a banana republic that their government is. There is no point fighting something you cant win, the only way out for you people is to let a white country take over. Be colonized once more!!

ATTENTION: PHILIPPINE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS IN NAIA

Good Day!
My sister was declined 3x by your office due to incomplete documents???
She was given by my cousin a visit visa because my sister helped my cousin before. So to return the favor, she offered my sister to visit her in abu dhabi. My cousin was a DH before there. then she worked in a hospital where she met her new employer now. In that case, my cousin was not able to pay her visit visa & ticket for my sister??? Oh c'mon! My cousin worked hard every single day of her life, now that she wants to return the favor to my sister,
YOU denied her!
First, she was told to bring my aunts birth certificate. she was offloaded...
2nd, she brought the birth certificate of my aunt as a proof.. YOU told her, that wasnt enough proof... she needs again to bring my lolo's birth certificate to know the relationship with both sides... she was offloaded again...
3rd, she was again told to bring the marriage contract of my aunt... FOR WHAT AGAIN????
YOU did not tell her all the requirements that was needed then you kept on telling her "FOR COMPLIANCE"... What's this???
I really want an action to this matter...
You just dont know how those people who worked hard to help others to return a favor. My cousin spend more time & money with you guys!
Now, are you happy making people offload???
TO THE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS IN NAIA...
OFFLOAD.... FOR COMPLIANCE...
You are the ONE who needs to be offloaded & needs to comply...The money you have now is from the taxes of the people you OFFLOADED!

CORRUPT, INCONSIDERATE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINES
by: Maria

I was offloaded last July 10, 2012 for reasons I cannot fathom. I have recently resigned from my job which i have stayed with for 6 years due to the fact that I am planning to start a catering business with my brother, since I got a fairly decent separation pay from my employer, I decided to go on vacation and tour Malaysia sine I do not want to go thru the hassle of getting a Visa anymore. I have emailed Philippine embassy as well as Malaysia embassy prior to booking my flight to make sure I have the documents i will be needing. both told me that I just need my passport and return ticket itinerary with me.
The day of my departure came, I have with me my passport, ID's, Return ticket, hotel booking itinerary and this good for nothing Immigration asked me questions abt my job. I told her I used to be an English teacher, based on her reaction I knew right away that they discriminate english teachers because they know that itis highly in demand in other developing countries. THE REASON SHE GAVE ME FOR DENYING ME TO BOARD MY PLANE WAS " U MIGHT NOT COME BACK, I THINK U PLAN ON APPLYING FOR JOBS THERE"..... WTF! who gave u the right to deny me to board my plane just because of what you think!!! YOU are a public servant and taxes that I myself contribute to the government is the money used to pay you MORONS! It's not like I have criminal records or anything. I have money I wanted to travel AND YET I CANNOT just because u dont feel like letting me pass through!!! BE OBJECTIVE, IMPLEMENT RULES, BE FAIR!!! wasting 15 to 20thousand pesos is not easy to accept. If u had given me a fair reason why I cannot travel I would understand. YOU ALL ARE ILL MANNERED!!! DID u expect people u denied boarding to kneel in front of you, cry and beg?! IF I HAD ONLY TALKED TO ONE OF THE AIRPORT GUARDS EARLIER THAT DAY I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT YOU GUYS JUST WANTED A FEW EXTRA MONEY IN BETWEEN THE PAGES OF MY PASSPORT!!!
This IS the usual practice at NAIA 3 I was told. NAKAKAHIYA KAUNG MGA IMMIGRATION OFFICERS! ANG KAKAPAL NG MGA MUKHA NYO! SANA ISA ISA KAUNG MAKARMA SA DAMI NG MGA INOSENTENG TAO NA NAGDUSA DAHIL SA INYO!!!
