I need some advice, I went to Tawau Sabah Malaysia using a tourist Visa, the tourist Visa was valid for one Month.. but I overstayed there for more than a whole year.,till I got back home to the Philippines,In other hand that my old passport was expired, and I renewed it. what should I do about this? Need your help and advice

My boyfriend from UK had his stop over in malaysia before going here in the phils. The mgration officer told him to pay 450 dollars for his bank draft(which he bring) and also for the insurance of that bank draft with 955dolalars.. Does malaysia impose that rule?! please reply asap it's so unfair..

(1) There is no visa requirement for entering the Philippines. (2) I am not really sure as to your questions for ?calling visa? here is but I presume that you are inquiring about a working visa in the Philippines. If that is the case, it is better that you refer to the bureau of immigration as to the procedures, requirements and cost for a working visa. Their website is at:
