how can i go to phillippines?

My name is Bashir i want to go to Philippine to marry my girlfriend which i know her from almost 4 years and i have a baby from her.

I love her and i want to marry her but the problem is that she was married before and she separated from her husband before she meet me in Dubai so she want annulment and i want to know how much it will cost and how can i go there to be with her and my family which is her family please help me .....

well i have contacted the php consulate they said i have to have bank account and 3 months salary transfer certificate.

Why this all just going to php to be with my baby which i have never seen till now well unfortunately i dont have this all documents cause i dont have bank account and why this big amount?

As she told me its only 100k and its too much and the husband of my girlfriend have another girl and he want to marry her they have been separated from long time please help me to know how can i get there if i dont have bank account and how much it will coast me to go in Philippine.

I presume that you will be travelling from Dubai to the Philippines?

If that is the case, you will need to apply for the tourist visa from the Philippines embassy in Dubai at:

Nevertheless, Visa requirement depends on your nationality.

As for your impeding marriage plans, you will need to be in the Philippines first before you can do anything about your partner annulment.

Foremost of all, you will need an attorney.

Secondly, you will probably need to spend around 200k php to facilitate the annulment process.
