21 day tourist is readily granted to Canadian citizen ?

Hi there!

My bf a Canadian citizen is coming over within 5 days..he did not get a tourist visa but he plans to stay for 98 days as per his ticket booking.

Now we read about this 21 days and will he be refused entry for having a longer ticket dates?

We plan to get a tourist visa here in the Phils.
Pls reply immediately..we are in panic mode!
