TSA Regulations on Liquid Carry-on 3-1-1 NAIA

Hi,

Does NAIA airport security follow the TSA regulations for liquid carry-on of 1 quart size bag per person, with 3 oz. (~100 mL) containers of toothpaste, lotion, and other personal effects that can be in your carry-on luggage?

I can't seem to find the information on the NAIA website.
