There are no direct flights from Puerto Princesa or El Nido to Puerto Galera. You will have to fly to Manila and then take road transport, either bus or car to Batangas then you will need to get a ferry across to Puerto Galera.
Depending on where you are staying your resort can organise private transfers if time is limited.
There are no ferries from El Nido or Puerto Princesa to Puerto Galera, or anywhere on Palawan to Puerto Galera. There is a boat that travels from San Jose, which is on the southwestern side of Mindoro, Puerto Galera being on the most northern part of Mindoro, to Coron.
Coron is a town on the island of Busuanga which is in the northern most part of Palawan. This boat is not a passenger ferry and does not operate to any fixed schedule.
Your best option is to fly to Manila and work your way back down to Puerto Galera, it would be far quicker and easier.
There are daily flights from El Nido to Manila with Island Transvoyager and flights three times a week with South East Asian Airlines (Seair)....Brett
