rented a condominium in the Philippines

I have lived in the Philippines for 4 years..

I have come to realize that every time you move and you are waiting to receive your security deposit back..Filipinos have an excuse to keep your security deposit.

Even if you do go to court you know very well that you will lost the case and have to pay all legal expenses that the owner of the condominium has incurred trying to defend himself.

So the best bet is rent cheap and negotiate your deposit to one months because you know you're not going to get it back or just do what I'm doing choose another place to retire !!!
