There are a number of buses that travel Manila to Angeles City, Victory Liner and Philippine Rabbit being two of them.
These buses leave at hourly intervals, with the first departure at or around 4am. Do note that you cannot book a particular bus or seat, so it can be a bit of a mad scramble to get on if there is a crowd.
These buses will stop at Dau which is next to Angeles City, from Dau you can either get a taxi or a trike into Angeles City....Brett
