overstay philippine visa

Hi i stay before in Philippines and over stay almost 10 years.

I left philippines 2 years ago. Now im working in another country, but my gf and son is there.

I promise them that I will be back to see and marrie my gf. When i left my son is 3 months na po. I want to see him and hug him po i miss him so much.

I want to visit philippines again po. so how can i? give me details can i visit it again or no?
I can get visa again? how much will I spend?

I want legal all now. I dont want to make mistake again.
