Do you have to have usd$200.00 to show in the airport before you leave?

I was told it was needed to show before they will let you leave the airport in Manila?

Hi Matt,

You would be best served by checking with BID (http://www.immigration.gov.ph/)as to what the requirement is.

Most of the time, we are dealing with inbound traffic rather than outbound traffic so we are not familiar with the outbound migration policies of the Philippines government.
