Money changing in manila

One thing I want to add to the money changing topic.

I was there in August 2009 and I was changing $100 bills at my Hotel... Malate Hyatt.

They wouldn't change an older $100 bill and they wouldn't change one with a tiny tear... about 3cm.. where it folds.

The front desk wouldn't change them, the casino bank wouldn't change them, a bank across the street wouldn't change them, a money changer across from Hyatt wouldn't change them.

I think I finally got the bill with the tear changed but nobody would touch the older bill.
