Manila a Bad Place To Be

On Thursday Morning i was walking in Mabini street, Malate in Manila and thought i was safe. Until a Man on a Motorbike came up to me with a Hand Gun and Tried to rob me and shot me.
So what do i think about the Police?
Well they have my Cell Number Registration of Motor Bike and did nothing so what do u think about the Manila area?
