What kind of papers or legal documents or ID's do I need to go to the phillipines?

I heard that I dont need a visa if I will be there for less than 20 days is that true?

Hi Joshua,

You just need your passport to travel to the Philippines. A Visa requirement depends on your nationality:

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fifty-nine (59) days:

* Brazil passports holder
* Israel passports holder

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days:

* Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports
* British National Overseas (BNO) passports
* Portuguese Passports issued in Macao
* Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports

Nationals from countries listed below who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding twenty-one (21) days
