How to get from Manila to Real (Quezon)

I would like to travel to Polillo Islands.

For that, I saw I need to get first to Real, in Quezon and take a boat from there.

I've been searching but I dont find how to get to REAL from Manila. I would like you to provide me this info:

- which bus company takes me from Manila to Real?
- which station does it leave from?
- what time? (timetables)
- price for the trip by bus?
- how long does it take?
- do I need to reserve bus ticket in advance?
- what about going back (real-manila)?
