flying to manilla then to cagayan de oro

I'm flying to cagayan de oro and have to switch planes in manila.

My question is do i have to go to another airport when i land to get onto plane to fly to cagayan de oro or is the plane i will fly on in same airport.

i have never flown out of united states so this is all new to me.

i will be buying all my tickets before i fly so won't have to buy ticket just have to board other plane after a 4 hour lay over.

NAIA 1 -2- 3
by: Issa

Manila has 3 airports - NAIA Terminal 1, 2 and 3. NAIA 1 is the landing hub for most of the International Flights (ex. Qantas, Cathay Pacific, etc..). NAIA 2 is exclusively used for Philippine Airlines both domestic and international flights. And NAIA 3 is mostly for domestic flights (Cebu Pacific, AirPhil,Zest Air. Cebu Pacific International Flights however, sits in NAIA 3 as well.

If travelling via PAL from an international destination then travelling onwards to a PAL domestic flight, just cross the international gate to the domestic gate in NAIA 2.

Best Philippine Airport for me is NAIA 3. and it affects my airline of choice.. :)
