Ferry Manila to Ormoc

Hi,
We are relocating to Leyte this summer. We will have a pick up truck, 2 dogs and a cat (plus our baggage).

We have to go from Manila to Ormoc but I couldn't find any listing for Ormoc as a destination.

I understand we can go Manila-Cebu direct but then how do we get to Ormoc?

Fly from Manila to Tacloban and take a bus ride (3-4 hours) going to Ormoc.
