It is difficult to find employment in the Philippines that pays close to what western countries are paying.
Whatever good paying jobs are usually reserved for Filipinos. Unless you can demonstrate that you possess a skill which the locals do not have then the chance of you finding work here is slim.
And if you do find a job, your employer should be the one taking care of your work visa.
