Balut

I went to visit a friend that lives in Cebu.

He had me try Balut. Worst looking thing in the world and the idea struck me as gross at first.

However, in the spirit of being culturally open-minded I tasted the balut and with a little salt it was actually amazing!

Balut IS not for everyone!

I'm from Cebu and 1 Balut is enough for me.. :D You're very courageous though! kudos!Ü

Balut is normally an acquired taste and I must admit it is not for me.

Good for you for trying something different!
