Poor customer service. Staff should be taught how to properly deal with the customers and attend to their needs.

This kind of transient is highly recommended, this is the place where i stayed every time i have a business trip in Manila, very affordable price, very good facilities and has friendly staff.

I'll stay again in AMAX when I come back

I've stayed here few times in Amax in Makati very affordable price, free breakfast, wifi is ready, staff are friendly and polite, rooms are big clean and appropriate for this price.

I stayed at AMAX in Makati 6 months ago.
This is a small hotel only but the price is very affordable and has huge rooms and complete amenities and facilities. Staff are very friendly. I'll stay there when I come back from the US.
